Who gets the free trial? +
The 14-day free trial is on the Starter plan — no credit card at signup. Growth, Scale and Enterprise start as paid subscriptions you can cancel anytime. When a Starter trial ends, sends pause and you pick a plan; your data, sequences and bookings stay.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits? +
Sends keep going — overage is metered through Stripe and bills with your next invoice. Subscribers and seats are inform-only: you get a warning at 80% and at the cap, but nothing breaks mid-import.
What's the founder pricing? +
The first 50 customers on a paid plan get 50% off forever — applied to every renewal, any tier, no expiry. Once the 50th converts it's retired for new signups; existing founders keep it.
