Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with WarmLane. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund and how refunds are calculated and processed. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the charge you are asking us to refund (for example, your initial purchase or a renewal). Requests made after 14 days from the charge are not eligible.

2. Partial refunds — you only pay for what you used

Refunds within the 14-day window are partial: we refund the amount you paid for the billing period, less the value of the Services already used during that period. "Used" includes, for example, messages sent (email, SMS, or WhatsApp), voice-agent minutes or answered calls, meetings booked, and any work already performed for you. In other words, you are refunded for the unused portion only.

Example: if you paid for a monthly plan and used roughly a quarter of it before requesting a refund within 14 days, you would receive a refund of approximately the remaining three-quarters, after deducting any usage and third-party costs already incurred.

3. What is non-refundable

  • Amounts corresponding to Services already used or delivered during the period;
  • Metered usage / overage already incurred, and third-party pass-through costs (for example, messaging or carrier fees);
  • Any charge for which a refund is requested more than 14 days after that charge;
  • One-time setup or onboarding work that has already been performed.

4. Free trial

The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial with no charge, so no refund is needed — simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

5. Done-for-you (managed) service

The managed service is governed by the separate agreement you enter into with us. Where that agreement is silent, the 14-day partial-refund principle above applies, and any setup or work already performed is non-refundable.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@warmlane.io from your account email within 14 days of the charge, with your account details and the reason for the request. We may ask for brief additional information to verify the account and calculate usage.

7. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider (Stripe), typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm the refunded amount by email.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — to request a refund for a recent charge, follow section 6 within the 14-day window.
