If you don't need booking: Rosie Professional at $49 beats us by $30/month, $360 a year. Take it. Genuinely — a solo operator who just needs to know who called and why is being well served at that price, and buying a booking engine they will not use is a waste.
If you do need booking: the relevant Rosie plan is Scale at $149. WarmLane is $79 — about half — and removes the minute ceiling entirely. That is $840 a year, and the gap widens if Rosie's minute allowance would push you to Growth at $299.
Do you want the call to end with an appointment in your calendar, or with a message you act on later? If it's the message, buy Rosie's $49 plan. If it's the appointment, you are comparing $149 to $79, not $49 to $79.

Our own arithmetic from Rosie's published minute allowances, assuming a three-minute average call and 22 working days. Real call length varies by industry. Because Rosie does not publish a minutes overage rate, what happens when an allowance is exhausted mid-month is worth confirming with Rosie directly before purchasing.
Beyond the ceiling itself, metering has a subtler cost: it makes you want shorter calls. But a caller who asks more questions is usually more interested, and an agent that talks a hesitant caller into booking necessarily uses more minutes than one that lets them hang up. Any model where your best calls are your most expensive calls is quietly working against the thing you bought it for.
Flat pricing removes that tension. A long call that ends in a booking costs the same as a wrong number.

Who builds the agent
This is the difference that outlasts the pricing.
Rosie is self-service. You define the message-taking scenarios, write the answers, connect the calendar on Scale, and tune the behaviour. On Professional you get two scenarios; on Scale, five; unlimited on Growth. The upside is control and speed — you can sign up and have something running without speaking to anyone, and if you enjoy that kind of configuration you will get a good result.
The downside is the one nobody puts on a pricing page: most owners never finish. The agent goes live at sixty percent quality, produces mediocre calls, and never gets revisited because the person who would revise it is the same person who was too busy to answer the phone in the first place. That is not a criticism of Rosie's software. It is a fact about how self-service tools get used by people running a business single-handed.
